Partners with ISRAEL
Dear Friends,

Welcome to the first Partners With Israel newsletter from the Israel Trade Commission, the newsletter for the Jewish and Israeli not-for-profit organizations within Australia. As the leaders and voices of these organizations you have the difficult task of speaking on behalf of Israel and telling the other and often forgotten side of the story.  The purpose of the Partners With Israel newsletter is to provide you, the people best able to influence the general public and speak for Israel, with some information, tools, and materials to use in your day-to-day activities. Too often the media and general public are solely focused on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and Israel’s military operations. This newsletter is designed to assist you in promoting other aspects of Israel, such as its economy, innovations and technological breakthroughs, tourist attractions, business success stories, culture and lifestyle.

In these times it is difficult to have Israel’s voice heard above the many criticisms and insults leveled against her, however with this group we hope  that we will be able to effect change and ensure that the truth about Israel’s many qualities is finally heard. We aim to do this by providing you with information, articles, video clips, photos, presentations and other media that you can use in your line of work to influence and promote how Israel is perceived in Australia.  We make these tools openly and freely available to you, and we can also provide you with any further material you would like such as hard-copy CD’s/DVD’s, booklets, pamphlets, posters, banners, magazines etc. In addition, our office is open to you at anytime and we would be happy to meet with you or assist you with any projects that relate to promoting Israel to the wider Australian public.

We look forward to working together with you in the future.
