Israeli Water Technology to the Australian Mining Sector
The Israel Trade Commission (ITC) will be hosting a delegation of Israeli water technology companies in Australia (Perth and Melbourne) June 28-July 1. The delegation will be focusing on Israeli water technology to the Mining industry and is aimed at introducing senior executives in the Australian mining industry to the many innovative technological solutions offered by Israeli companies to the water industry, read more...

There will be a seminar held on the morning 29th June @ Burswood Hotel, Perth, that will be attended by the Australian Mining industry (mining companies; engineering firms; mining consulting companies and more) plus mining associations. New round of VISTECH funding launched

A new round of funding is available for Victorian and Israeli companies to turn their innovative ideas into commercial products under VISTECH, the joint fund agreement between the State of Victoria and the State of Israel.
The Victorian Innovation Minister Gavin Jennings together with the Israel Trade Commission have opened the seventh round of funding for the Victoria–Israel Science and Technology R&D Fund (VISTECH) which provides matching grants of up to US$500,000. VISTECH was launched in 2006 with Victoria and Israel each providing half of the US$6 million fund.

A seminar was held at the Victorian Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development (DIIRD) on the 29th April. The keynote speaker at this event was Mr. Michel Hivert, Director General of MATIMOP. MATIMOP is the Israeli governmental agency that generates and implements international cooperative industrial R&D programs between Israeli and foreign enterprises.
